Laughter Yoga was quite a surprise at our law firm's "mandatory meeting", our employees laughed until they cried!! A true bonding experience for our group. We now hold the meetings quarterly, HO, HO, HA, HA, HA!!!

We are accepting donations of new or gently used yoga mats.  When we go to locations relating to Everyday Blessings or Metropolitan Ministries, we must bring mats for the kids and caregivers.
